Gerry Faigal

Founder and Director of Ever Caring Ventures


Gerry has extensive experience in the private sector, spanning publishing, business development, country risk analysis, corporate management services, and investment properties. He also worked in the public sector with the former National Computer Board, where he was involved in policy formulation, research, and initiatives under the Electronic Commerce Hotbed Programme. In addition, he has contributed to the establishment and management of at least two non-profit organizations focused on family enrichment and character development programs.

Gerry sits in the board of IESE Southeast Asia Limited. The company operates as the regional arm of the Barcelona-based IESE Business School, offering leadership development tailored to CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and board members in Asia.

Gerry holds a Master of Public Policy (2001) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Management). He also earned a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK). He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Gerontology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is a volunteer at the Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital and St Luke’s Eldercare. He is also active in the Volunteer Guitar Connection that renders guitar and music performances for vulnerable seniors in nursing homes, social service agencies and charities.
